Pre-owned EVs are going for bargain prices, so why not buy a pre-owned charger as well? ClipperCreek has begun selling factory-tested, pre-owned HCS and LCS series charging stations. The certified chargers come with a one-year warranty, and pricing starts at $300.
ClipperCreek inspects and tests each unit to ensure “like new” functionality – the used chargers may have cosmetic imperfections, but they come in ClipperCreek packaging with an installation manual and a new connector holster.
“We have had an increasing number of customers asking for a pre-owned charging station option, and quickly realized re-certifying slightly used HCS and LCS products would offer great value to our customers, and also aligns with our own environmental impact and sustainability goals,” said Jason France, President and founder of ClipperCreek.
