Ather Energy Limited has announced the Ather Service Carnival, a nationwide service initiative offering exclusive benefits to its customers from October 9th to 18th, 2025. The initiative aims to help customers prepare their electric scooters for the festive season through a range of maintenance offers and discounts.
The service carnival’s primary offering is a free 15-point comprehensive vehicle health check-up available at all Ather service centres. The health check covers critical components including brakes, tyres, suspension, and electronics to ensure scooters remain in optimal condition. The initiative also includes additional discounts on maintenance services: 10% off on paid labour and brake pads, 15% off on painted body parts, and 20% off on polish services.
With over 400 service centres operating across the country as of September 30th, 2025, customers can access these offers at their nearest Ather service centre. The company encourages customers to book appointments directly with their preferred service location for the duration of the carnival.
The Service Carnival is part of Ather’s broader strategy to enhance customer experience through service initiatives. The company previously introduced Ather Care service plans, Ather ExpressCare, and Gold Service Centres—premium facilities offering faster and more efficient service at no additional cost to owners.
Ather Energy has been expanding its retail presence across India, having crossed the milestone of 500 Experience Centres nationwide last month. The company plans to reach 700 Experience Centres by the end of fiscal year 2026. Additionally, the company recently achieved production of its 500,000th vehicle and is establishing a third manufacturing facility in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra, to complement its existing plants in Hosur, Tamil Nadu.
Founded in 2013, Ather Energy manufactures high-performance electric scooters, with current offerings including the Ather 450 series for performance-oriented customers and the Ather Rizta, a family-focused model launched in 2024. The company also operates India’s widest two-wheeler fast-charging network, the Ather Grid, with over 4,000 chargers installed globally as of June 30th, 2025.
