Genesys International Corporation Limited has been awarded a business contract by Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Limited to supply Native Navigation and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) mapping solutions. The company will provide Standard Definition Maps for navigation and High-Definition Maps for ADAS capabilities on Tata Motors’ Software-Defined Vehicle platform across India.
The contract is set to execute over a six-year period, with compensation structured as licensee fees charged per automobile sold, as per the company’s regulatory filing submitted to the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange on October 17, 2025.
The agreement represents a significant strategic partnership between the two automotive technology companies. According to Genesys’ disclosure to stock exchanges, the contract does not involve related party transactions and has been executed at arm’s length terms. The company confirmed that promoters, promoter groups, and group companies have no interest in Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Limited.
