Pricol Limited reported a 41.98% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit after tax at Rs 63.99 crore during Q2FY26, the company stated in a regulatory filing.
The Coimbatore-based automotive components manufacturer saw its revenue from operations reach Rs 987.93 crore, marking a 51.97% year-on-year increase during Q2FY26 compared with the same period last year. The company’s EBITDA margin, an indicator of operating profitability, expanded to 12.49%, reflecting improved operational efficiencies and product mix.

Pricol has classified its operations into three verticals — Driver Information and Connected Vehicle Solutions (DICVS), Actuation, Control and Fluid Management Systems (ACFMS), and Precision Products.
The company supplies automotive components to OEMs in the two/three-wheeler, passenger vehicle, commercial vehicle, and off-highway vehicle segments across India and international markets. Pricol operates 14 manufacturing plants (including subsidiaries) across India — in Coimbatore, Manesar, Pantnagar, Pune, Sri City, Mysuru, Hosur, Chennai, Nalagarh, Bhiwadi, and Sanand along with one manufacturing unit in Indonesia and three international offices in Dubai, Tokyo, and Singapore.
