Hero MotoCorp Posts 31% Growth in November Amid Festive Demand

Hero MotoCorp reported a 31% year-on-year growth in dispatches for November 2025, with 604,490 units shipped during the month.

The New Delhi-based company attributed the strong performance to sustained festive momentum and positive consumer sentiment across both urban and rural markets. VAHAN registrations showed 886,330 units recorded in November 2025, while the combined October-November period saw registrations grow 26% to 1,882,739 units.

The company’s performance was bolstered by the success of recently launched models including the Xtreme 125R, GlamourX 125, Destini 110, and Xoom 160. These new offerings received strong customer acceptance and contributed to increased dealership footfalls and higher consumer interest across both premium and commuter segments.

Hero MotoCorp’s domestic operations accounted for 570,520 units, while exports reached 33,970 units, marking a 70% increase compared to November 2024. International demand was particularly strong in Latin America and Africa, with models such as the Hunk 125R, Hunk 160R, and Eco Series driving sales volumes.

The company’s electric vehicle subsidiary, VIDA, recorded 12,199 VAHAN registrations in November, reflecting 66% year-on-year growth. VIDA captured a 10.4% market share in the electric two-wheeler segment, with the VIDA Evooter VX2 continuing to drive retail performance. The company recently expanded the VX2 lineup with a new 3.4 kWh variant.

For the year-to-date period ending November 2025, Hero MotoCorp has dispatched 4,298,070 units, compared to 4,193,736 units in the same period last year. Motorcycle dispatches totaled 3,912,147 units, while scooters accounted for 385,923 units.

The company cited GST benefits, favorable macroeconomic conditions, and a revival in rural ownership and spending as factors supporting the two-wheeler market’s healthy performance during the month.
