At Amazon Prime Video, he contributed to computer vision-powered video quality and enrichment systems. At Instacart, he worked on LLM-powered contact center technologies serving millions of customers across North America.
Throughout his career, Jain has held leadership positions at Amazon, Instacart, MobiKwik, and Royal Bank of Scotland, driving engineering initiatives across online grocery, digital payments, video streaming, and banking sectors. His technical expertise includes high-performance computing, distributed systems, serverless architectures, and AI technologies.
In his new role, Jain will report directly to Sanjay Varnwal, CEO and Co-Founder of Spyne. He will lead a global team of over 90 engineers, AI researchers, and platform specialists. His responsibilities include overseeing the architecture, development, and deployment of the company’s AI-powered visual and data platform, strengthening cloud infrastructure, and accelerating innovation in Computer Vision and Generative AI.
“Jatin’s background in building large-scale, data-driven systems and AI platforms will be central to strengthening our product roadmap and delivering reliable, cutting-edge, AI-powered experiences for our customers and partners,” said Sanjay Varnwal.
