
Greaves Cotton has appointed Santosh Singh as its Chief Strategy and AI Officer, effective December 15, as part of the company’s strategic realignment to strengthen execution across emerging business areas as per company’s regulatory filings.
Singh will be responsible for leading group strategy, enterprise-wide AI transformation, business excellence and capability building, with a key mandate to drive the Greaves.NEXT roadmap, the company’s long-term growth strategy spanning energy, mobility and industrial solutions.
He brings over 24 years of experience in strategy, innovation, business excellence and AI-led enterprise transformation. Singh has spent more than two decades across Tata Group companies, most recently serving as global head of marketing and business excellence at Tata Technologies. In that role, he co-led the enterprise GenAI roadmap, developed customer- and productivity-focused use cases, and worked closely with hyperscalers and global client.

Based in Mumbai, Singh will also focus on accelerating growth at Greaves Technologies Limited, developing an integrated AI roadmap for the group and fostering partnerships with global AI labs and technology providers. He will work closely with business units to incubate and scale new growth opportunities and drive operational excellence across the organisation
