Exicom Tele-Systems Ltd has launched Exicom One, a turnkey solution aimed at simplifying the deployment and operation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure for businesses and charge point operators (CPOs).
The solution brings together hardware, software and managed services into a single, end-to-end offering, covering site surveys, civil and electrical work, charger installation, software integration, operations and maintenance. The company said Exicom One is designed to address execution challenges as India’s EV charging networks scale rapidly.
India’s leading CPOs are planning to deploy hundreds of thousands of chargers by 2030, including a growing share of high-capacity DC fast chargers. Exicom said the focus has shifted from intent to execution, with consistency, speed and reliability emerging as key challenges in large-scale rollouts.
Drawing on its existing installation footprint across the country, Exicom said charging infrastructure deployment involves more than hardware, requiring coordination across civil works, electrical integration, firmware, software and ongoing operations. Exicom One consolidates these elements under a single partner, enabling faster deployment, lower total cost of ownership and improved network uptime through remote monitoring and AI-driven diagnostics.
The company recently partnered with a leading electric vehicle manufacturer to roll out end-to-end high-power charging stations under a newly launched CPO network, focused on highway corridors and high-traffic locations to support fast and open charging access.
Anant Nahata, managing director and chief executive officer, Exicom, said reliable execution on the ground would determine the pace of India’s EV adoption, adding that Exicom One is intended to help operators and fleets scale charging infrastructure with greater confidence.
