SMK Helmets, the premium brand from Studds Accessories Ltd., launched an expanded product lineup at India Bike Week 2025, introducing advanced helmet technology and riding gear designed for diverse rider segments.
The centerpiece of the launch was the SMK Cygnus, a flip-back helmet featuring a 180-degree rotating chin bar that allows seamless conversion between full-face and open-face configurations. The helmet accommodates different riding postures, from upright cruiser positions to aerodynamic sport riding stances. As one of the few helmets in India with P/J certification, the Cygnus combines an Energy Impact Resistant Thermoplastic shell with multi-density EPS liner for enhanced impact protection.
The model includes a wide anti-scratch visor with Pinlock MaxVision technology, an integrated sun visor, and a premium ventilation system. Available in four colors across five solid variants and two shell options, the Cygnus spans sizes from XS to XXXL. The helmet is expected to retail between ₹17,000 and ₹20,000 upon full market launch.
SMK also introduced the Ares and Nova models, both internationally recognized helmets now entering the Indian market. The Ares features a detachable sun peak and internal sun visor, while the Nova offers an eyeglass-friendly design with an ultra-wide field of vision. These models will be priced starting at ₹6,350 and ₹3,900 respectively.
The Delta series expands the demi-jet category with two distinct models. Delta City targets urban commuters with a lightweight EIRT shell, integrated clear visor, quick-release buckle, and moisture-wicking interior. Delta Tour caters to long-distance riders with dual external visors, contoured cheek pads, and Bluetooth-compatible speaker pockets. Both models are available in multiple colors and two shell sizes, with pricing starting at ₹3,299.
The company also unveiled new graphic designs including Agnar Cyborg, Typhoon Rival, Gullwing Sonic, and Stellar Sport Flight across select models.
Complementing the helmet range, SMK displayed CE Level A certified riding jackets for various conditions. Summer-focused options include the Infinity Rush and Gladiator, featuring 600D Oxford fabric with mesh panels and removable waterproof liners. The Apex Adventura provides three-quarter length coverage for touring and winter riding, incorporating waterproof and thermal liners, reflective panels, and a hydration pack system. The Athenova offers women riders a winter-ready solution with waterproofing and removable thermal liner. Jacket sizes range from S to 4XL.
