Ola Electric Mobility Limited announced on Monday the launch of dedicated Hyperservice Centres designed to provide same-day vehicle servicing to eligible customers. The first facility became operational in Indiranagar, Bengaluru, marking the beginning of a phased rollout across India.
The company plans to progressively upgrade existing service centres into Hyperservice Centres in the coming weeks. The initiative aims to address service turnaround times without charging customers additional fees.
The Hyperservice Centres offer digital tracking throughout the service process, from vehicle check-in to delivery. Facilities include customer lounges and Wi-Fi access. A company spokesperson stated the centres represent an effort to apply technology and process redesign to the service experience.
Customers can access real-time updates on their vehicle’s service status through digital platforms integrated into the service workflow.
The announcement builds on Ola Electric’s recent introduction of an in-app service appointment system, now available nationwide. The feature allows users to select service time slots and track service status through the Ola Electric mobile application.
The company has also opened its Hyperservice platform to independent garages, mechanics, and fleet operators. Genuine spare parts can be purchased directly through the Ola Electric app and website, removing intermediary channels from the distribution process.
Ola Electric manufactures electric vehicles at its facility in Tamil Nadu and operates what it describes as the largest company-owned network of automotive experience centres in India. The company’s operations include research and development activities in India, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
The same-day service guarantee is subject to conditions including vehicle status, service requirements, parts availability, and customer eligibility criteria.
