Mahindra & Mahindra Launches XUV 7XO at ₹13.66 Lakh to ₹22.47 Lakh

India’s largest SUV maker in terms of revenues, Mahindra & Mahindra, has launched its all-new XUV 7XO at an introductory price of Rs 13.66 lakh to Rs 22.47 lakh ex-showrooms. This introductory price is only for the first 40,000 units, the company announced on Monday, while announcing the prices.

Available in 6 variants, the company has introduced a coast-to-coast three-screen 31.24-inch right from the first variant. The test drive starts immediately, and bookings and deliveries begin from 14th January.

The XUV 7XO includes several features that Mahindra states are first-time implementations in the Indian automotive market. The vehicle features a DAVINCI suspension system, which the company describes as a valve-based damping technology making its global debut.

All variants come equipped with coast-to-coast triple screens measuring 31.24 cm, which Mahindra claims is the first such implementation in an ICE SUV in India. The base AX variant includes this screen configuration as standard equipment.

The vehicle uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon SA8155P chipset for its ADRENOX+ system. According to Mahindra, this represents the first use of this particular chipset in an ICE vehicle in India.

Audio-visual features include a 16-speaker Harman Kardon system with Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision integration. Mahindra states this is the first such combination in an Indian automobile.

The vehicle offers ADAS Level 2 functionality with what the company calls Dynamic Visualization, incorporating 17 driver assistance functions.

The base AX variant, priced at ₹13.66 lakh for gasoline manual transmission and ₹14.96 lakh for diesel manual, includes the coast-to-coast triple HD screens, ADRENOX system, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Alexa with ChatGPT integration, cruise control, push button start/stop, and 75 safety features as standard equipment.

“We are introducing DAVINCI suspension system for the first time worldwide, delivering a distinctly more plush and settled ride,” said R Velusamy, President of Automotive Business at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. “ADRENOX+, powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon SA8155P, marks the first introduction of this chipset in an ICE vehicle in India.”
