Ducati has announced plans to launch ten motorcycles in India during 2026, according to a statement released by the company today. The lineup includes the Desmo450 MX, Multistrada V4 Rally (2026 Edition), Panigale V4 Lamborghini, Panigale V4 Marquez Replica, Panigale V2 Special Edition MM93, Panigale V2 Special Edition PB63, Monster V2, Diavel V4 RS, Hypermotard V2/V2 SP, and Panigale V4R. The Panigale V4R was launched on January 2, 2026.
The company will begin the year with launches in the first quarter, introducing the Multistrada V4 Rally (2026 Edition), Panigale V4 Lamborghini, and Desmo450 MX. The inclusion of the Desmo450 MX and Multistrada V4 Rally models addresses India’s developing off-road and rally riding segment, which has seen increased participation in recent years. The third quarter will see the release of the Monster V2 and two Panigale V2 special editions at the start, followed by the Diavel V4 RS later in the period. The fourth quarter launches include the Hypermotard V2 models by late October and the Panigale V4 Marc Márquez Replica by the end of December.
Bipul Chandra, Managing Director of Ducati India, said the launches represent the company’s focus on the premium motorcycle segment in India. The company also plans to expand its dealer network during the year.
The India expansion aligns with Ducati’s global distribution strategy, which targets premium motorcycle markets across more than 90 countries. The planned dealer network expansion reflects the company’s positioning of India as a growth market within its international operations.
Bookings will be available at Ducati dealerships in Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, and Kolkata. Pricing information will be released on the Ducati India website ahead of each model’s launch date.
Ducati imports its motorcycles into India as completely built units, which results in higher pricing compared to manufacturers that assemble vehicles locally. The company has not announced plans for local assembly or production in India.
Ducati, founded in 1926 and based in Bologna, Italy, manufactures motorcycles at its Borgo Panigale factory. The company is owned by Audi AG and distributes its products to more than 90 countries. Ducati currently competes in MotoGP and WorldSBK racing championships and serves as the official motorcycle supplier for the FIM Enel MotoE World Cup through 2026.
