The Botswana subsidiary will operate in the crane rental industry, which aligns with the parent company’s core business. According to the regulatory filing, the entity was established to carry on crane rental services in the Republic of Botswana.
Sanghvi Movers Limited submitted the disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015. Company Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer Vinav Agarwal signed the notification to the stock exchanges.
The incorporation required no governmental or regulatory approvals and did not involve any acquisition consideration, as the subsidiary was established as a new entity rather than through acquisition of an existing company.
