He brings nearly three decades of experience across BMW Group and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars
Beckley succeeds Boris Weletzky, who moves to a new position inside the BMW Group

His appointment reflects the importance of a region that encompasses the marque’s home market and a diverse group of established and emerging luxury markets.John began his career with the BMW Group in 1996 as an apprentice technician at a BMW dealership in the United Kingdom, progressing through the technical ranks, which saw him become one of the lead Field Product Engineers for BMW UK, later joining Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in 2008 as an Aftersales Manager. Since then, he has successfully transitioned to the sales side of our business and has held a series of senior roles across the business, including Regional Head of Sales, Global Bespoke General Manager and most recently Global Sales Steering and Performance roles. He also played a central role in the highly successful launch of Cullinan, extending the Rolls-Royce portfolio to clients seeking a different expression of Rolls-Royce.He succeeds Boris Weletzky, who moves within the BMW Group to take up a senior role in the Motorrad division in Munich. Prior to Rolls-Royce, Boris held various leadership positions within the BMW Group. During his four-year stewardship, the United Kingdom, Europe and Central Asia region experienced consistent growth and long-term value creation.
