Hyundai Motor India Limited has been certified as a Top Employer in India for 2026, marking the third consecutive year the company has received this recognition from the Top Employers Institute. The company ranked first among automobile manufacturers and fourth across all sectors nationwide.
The certification is based on the Top Employers Institute’s HR Best Practices Survey, which evaluates organizations across six core domains and 20 topics. The assessment covers areas including people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning and development, diversity, equity and inclusion, and employee wellbeing.
Tarun Garg, Managing Director and CEO of Hyundai Motor India, said the recognition reflects the company’s focus on creating an inclusive workplace with opportunities for employee development. He described the certification as evidence of the company’s commitment to its workforce and organizational values.
