Monica Gorgas is Group Marketing Manager of Lifestyle Vehicles, responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy for the brand’s 2-row SUV portfolio.
She previously served as Brand Manager for Aviator and Nautilus and led the Truck Strategy and Transformation team for North America Truck programs. Her background included work on future Lincoln products, most notably leading the go-to-market strategy for the all-new 2024 Nautilus.
A Detroit native and graduate of Kalamazoo College, Gorgas has long been passionate about the automotive industry, with a particular focus on luxury brands. Drawing on her experience across both current and future vehicle programs, she is focused on shaping the future of Lincoln and advancing the growth of the brand’s 2-row SUVs.
