Andrew Frick, who has been with Ford Motor Company for more than two decades, serves as Director of U.S. Sales. He is responsible for all sales, field and distribution related matters for Ford for the U.S.
Previously, Frick was Director of U.S. Marketing where he led the implementation of the Ford brand, communications and product marketing strategy for products and retail services offered by the company.
Prior to this appointment, Frick was Manager of Marketing, Sales and Service, Lincoln, where he led the development and implementation of Lincoln brand strategy for all Lincoln vehicles and related customer services. In his time with Lincoln, Frick played a vital role in assisting to successfully relaunch Ford’s luxury brand. Frick helped develop and introduce key customer-service initiatives including Lincoln’s Black Label products and services as well as “Pickup and Delivery,” which was an industry first for the type of services provided to Lincoln’s luxury customers nationwide.
Ahead of his position with Lincoln, Frick was Ford Motor Company’s Export and Growth’s General Manager for the Asia Pacific, Caribbean and Central America regions which provided a solid foundation for his role at Lincoln as the brand began introducing products in China in 2014.
During his time at E&G, Frick was responsible for sales, marketing, parts and service, the retail network and customer satisfaction performance in nearly 50 countries.
Frick started his career with Ford Motor Company in 1995. During his tenure, Frick has served in numerous regional management positions supporting the Ford and Lincoln brands in the New York, Orlando, Southwest and Boston regions.
He also spent time in various sales and marketing positions such as National Contests and Incentives Coordinator, Red Carpet Lease Manager, East Coast Franchising Manager, and Advanced Product Marketing Manager.
Frick is a graduate of Villanova University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Finance. He also holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan, where he was a student in the Executive MBA program.
