According to DPA information, in the 14 particularly polluted cities, in addition to exchange premiums, there should be a special program for diesel vehicles with emission standards 4 and 5. This includes, according to “image” cheaper financing. A Volkswagen spokesman announced that the company would comment on Thursday on the details of the exchange program.
