This turns on: From a “campaign against individual mobility” squabbled the Volkswagen CEO this week, from an “almost hysterical nitric oxide discussion” and the impossible new CO2 targets. The only 30 percent electric cars to create – or not at all: a kilowatt hour of German electricity would be generated with the output of 600 grams of CO2. “Then we have the same or even higher CO2 emissions in Germany than today.”
