OTTAWA, Nov 27 (Reuters) – Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau spoke to U.S. President Donald Trump on Tuesday and both men expressed their disappointment about plans by General Motors to shut down auto plants, a senior Canadian official told reporters.
