Deputy, an Australian provider of a workforce management software platform, closed an $81m Series B funding.
The round, which brought total funding raised to date to $106m, was led by IVP, with participation from OpenView, Square Peg Capital and EVP.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth, develop new products and build its finest product and engineering team.
Founded in Australia in 2008 by Steve Shelley and Ashik Ahmed, Deputy provides a workforce management software platform to support employees and employers in time management, scheduling and other critical workplace operations.
The company works with businesses like Amazon, Uber, HubSpot and Compass to empower their hourly-paid workforce and has more than 200 employees across Australia, the U.S. and the UK.
Deputy is used by more than 90,000 workplaces across 70+ countries each day.
