Diesel scandal: Audi recalls 64,000 cars for software update

FrankfurtThe car company Audi calls in the context of the diesel scandal another 64,000 vehicles returned to his workshops. In the affected cars with V-TDI engines to parts of software to be removed from the engine control, such as the VWDaughter announced on Thursday.

This would mean changes to around two-thirds of the total of 151,000 diesel manipulations affected vehicles of the Euro 6 emission standard. The approval authority KBA had the of Audi proposed solution.
