We are extending our services to car owners, hence, we launched a 24/7 on-demand, on-site roadside assistance service for our customers. Currently, the service is available in Dubai and in collaboration with a third-party service provider who is an established roadside assistance company with a team of highly trained technicians.
Within this great service, we are excited to offer the following:
- Battery Replacement (non-electric vehicles) on-site battery replacement in the case of an unrepairable dead battery
- Emergency fuel service when a vehicle has run out of fuel
- Flat tire repair using the customer’s spare tire
- Battery Boosting for customers who just need a jump to get on their way
Service Fees
The service request will be free for all users via the Careem app, with fees paid directly to the service provider as follows:
