MunichThe new structures at Daimler gradually take concrete forms. At the Annual General Meeting on May 22, the Stuttgart car and truck manufacturer plans to comprehensively rebuild its divisions. The rigid conglomerate is supposed to have three legally independent units (cars, trucks, mobility services) under the roof of the Daimler AG soft.

According to development chief Ola Källenius as planned Dieter Zetsche to inherit as Daimler CEO.
