Indeed, the Competition Authority indicates on its website that “the company Harmez plans to acquire on March 31, 2018 the securities of the companies Patrick Metz SA and Matrick Metz Jura, authorized distributors and repairers BMW, Mini and Motorrad”.
Harmez is the holding company which oversees the Savy group led by Régis Harduin, distributor of the BMW and Mini brands in Chenôve, Beaune (21) and Chalon-sur-Saône (71), and the Nissan brand under the Sodeco commercial banner. Chaumont (52).
