Regarding reduction in compensation of CEO Hiroto Saikawa

YOKOHAMA, Japan – In consideration of matters related to the misconduct led by the company’s former chairman, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. has decided to reduce the compensation of its CEO for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2020.

Compensation will be set at half the level of the fiscal year ended March 31, 2019, which was also reduced for the same reason.
