Caffyns has appointed Stephen Bellamy as a new independent non-executive director and chairman of the board’s Remuneration Committee.
Bellamy, who will also be a member of the AM100 PLC’s Audit Committee and Nominations Committee, will join Caffyns on June 18 and replaces Nick Hollingworth.
Hollingworth served 11 years as a non-executive direct oar Caffyns and will retire from the Board at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting on July 25.

Bellamy has previous experience of motor retail through Brierly Investments, where he served as executive director of their London operation between 1994 and 2000.
He has held numerous non-executive roles and is currently a non-executive director at Advanced Medical Solutions Group plc and Michlemersh Brick Holdings plc.
