Tesla has seen a lot of senior employees leave in the last year.
As the automaker has faced production and delivery issues, investigations from the federal government, and questions about the decision-making of CEO Elon Musk, departures from senior employees have added yet another challenge.
The outflow hasn’t stopped in 2019, either.
After losing its CFO, chief legal counsel, head of security, and head of communications in the first half of the year, Tesla’s vice president of HR and head of diversity, Felicia Mayo, also left the company in June, CNBC reported.
“We’ll miss Felicia and would like to thank her for her hard work over the last two years and wish her all the best in the future,” the company told CNBC in statement. “We have a talented HR team in place that will continue to report into our VP of People & Places and will remain focused on advancing our mission and making Tesla a great place to work.”
