MILAN, Aug 1 (Reuters) – Fiat Chrysler’s sales of new cars in Italy declined by 19.4% year-on-year in July, against a 0.1% contraction in the market, Reuters calculations based on transport ministry data showed on Thursday.
The ministry said new car sales in Italy totalled 152,800 last month against 152,949 new car registrations a year earlier. (Reporting by Valentina Za Editing by Keith Weir)
