Renault Master production resumes in Batilly, three weeks after a fire

On September 2nd, the production teams of the Master utility took over the path of the Renault-Sovab plant in Batilly (Meurthe-et-Moselle). The “re-entry” of the 2,600 employees of the Lorraine plant is, however, somewhat disturbed by the disaster that occurred a little over three weeks ago, when the plant was shut down as part of traditional maintenance operations . On August 7, in the evening, a fire broke out on a paint booth for the application of the primer, causing a serious injury, a 58-year-old maintenance operator burned to the third degree.
