In the competitiveness agreement for the period 2020-2023, the Ferrari productivity premium was extended to all 3,500 workers. The amount, which starts at 4,600 euros, can reach up to 13,500 euros. The “parameters” of reference are the number of cars produced and Ebitda, weighted on the basis of a quality indicator and on the absence rate.
