New faces at the head of the Nissan group … and maybe soon also at his French partner Renault? Less than a year after the arrest of Carlos Ghosn in Japan, the board of the Japanese manufacturer has accelerated the pace by appointing from October 8 – not at the end of the month as originally planned – the replacement of Hiroto Saikawa . Or rather the replacements, since the new CEO of Nissan, Makoto Uchida, will be supported by Ashwani Gupta as Director of Operations and Jun Seki as Vice President of Operations.
