Bram Schot leaves Audi’s helm station in less than a year after his appointment.

Daniel Weissland, the current CEO of Volkswagen Group Canada, will be driving Audi of America next September 4th, about four months after the sudden resignation of Mark Del Rosso. Cian O’Brien, who is interim president of Audi of America since May 2, will remain Coo, while Lorie-Ann Roxburgh, finance director of Volkswagen Canada, will become interim CEO of the Volkswagen Group in Canada. Marc Guentermann, senior post-sales director for the Volkswagen brand, will be interim manager of the Volkswagen brand in Canada.

Weissland, 46, began working for Audi in 1997 doing internships in industrial engineering at Audi Ag and product marketing at Audi of America. He subsequently held various brand roles in Europe and the Middle East before becoming president of Audi Canada in 2015.
