The Renault Flins plant will recruit 350 permanent contracts in 2018

The management of the Renault Flins plant in Aubergenville (Yvelines) announced Wednesday, February 28, the hiring of 350 new employees on permanent contracts during the year 2018. “These recruitments will mainly involve production agents , maintenance technicians and manufacturing managers, “said a statement from the institution. In 2018, the plant will also recruit 50 employees on fixed-term contracts of at least one year for positions of maintenance technicians and manufacturing operators. With the 651 hires already completed since 2015, just over 1,000 new permanent employees will have joined the company at the end of this year.

“This hiring plan is the largest since 2015. We recruited 116 employees in 2015, 235 in 2016 and 300 in 2017. This reflects encouraging prospects and confidence in the future,” says Jean-Luc Mabire, Director. From the factory.
