Cadillac Launches CT4 Luxury Sedan in China

SHANGHAI – Cadillac today livestreamed the launch of the CT4 in China. With a price ranging from RMB 239,700 to RMB 259,700, the newest member of the brand’s New American Luxury rear-wheel-drive sedan family is being offered with a choice of six exterior colors and three interior colors.
Strong Athletic Design
The CT4 has a segment-leading size, with a length of 4,760 millimeters, width of 1,815 millimeters and height of 1,428 millimeters. Its sleek profile leverages the natural long dash-to-front-axle proportional advantage of its rear-wheel-drive sedan architecture.
It comes with LED headlamps, taillamps and Cadillac’s signature vertical lights at all four corners. The standard headlamps include LED turn signals and cornering lamps that illuminate when the CT4 turns a corner, to provide added visibility.
Sensational Cabin Experience
The driver-focused cockpit complements the dynamic exterior design of the CT4, delivering a sophisticated and state-of-the-art driving experience. The standard 8-inch touchscreen is a high-tech focal point along with the elegant center stack-mounted climate control buttons that provide simple intuitive engagement.
The CT4 interior is highly refined. Key touchpoints are covered in premium materials, such as Moli leather on the seats, which also feature cut-and-sewn stitching, to create a satisfying sensory experience.
The cutting-edge Bose Surround Sound Performance Series system delivers crisp and vibrant audio through speakers with a distinct grille design that complements the rest of the interior. Bose’s CenterPoint and AudioPilot functionality and active noise cancellation help ensure a quiet cabin.
Perfectly Balanced Driving Dynamics
Cadillac’s proven turbocharging proficiency is the foundation for the CT4’s spirited performance. The 2.0L Twin-Scroll Turbo engine with three-step sliding camshaft technology, along with Active Fuel Management and automatic stop/start, generates 177 kW of power and 350 Nm of torque. It is paired with a sophisticated eight-speed automatic transmission. It sprints from 0-100 km/h in only 6.9 seconds and offers fuel efficiency of 6.9 liters per 100 kilometers.
Thanks to its premium electric and rack-mounted power steering system and rigid body structure, the CT4 provides segment-leading direct and responsive handling. Built on Cadillac’s award-winning architecture with a near-perfect weight distribution, the CT4 provides a nimble driving experience.

GM’s newest digital architecture with up to 4.5 terabytes per hour of data processing power provides exceptional technology integration and the ability to automatically and seamlessly adapt to the driver and their needs. The all-new Cadillac User Experience has a more intuitive user interface with a series of features that include customer adaptation, navigation learning, precise voice recognition and multiple applications.

That is why the CT4 comes with advanced cameras, radar and sensors that can potentially help prevent a collision or reduce its severity. The CT4 is joining the CT5 and CT6 in Cadillac’s lineup of New American Luxury rear-wheel-drive sedans. Cadillac is offering a special discount on its entire lineup to medical professionals in Hubei and across China who assisted the province in the fight against COVID-19.
The CT4 will also join Cadillac’s leasing program, with leases starting from RMB 2,999 per month.
