Renault creates 50 new jobs in Yonne

Renault’s Logistics and Parts Division (DLPA) on Thursday (March 8th) announced on its works council the recruitment of 50 people for its Villeroy logistics center in Fougères (Yonne). In total, in 2018, Renault will recruit 130 people on permanent contracts at its three logistics sites, Villeroy (Yonne), Cergy (Val-d’Oise) and Flins (Yvelines), which currently have 1,300 employees. “A need for manpower to respond to a growing activity of the group in general and after-sales in particular”, we are entrusted to the management. Indeed, 2017 was a successful year for the group which achieved a turnover of 58.77 billion euros and thus displays a growth of 14.7% and which sold 3.7 million vehicles, displaying a rise in sales of 8.5%.
