The management of the Sandouville (Seine-Maritime) Renault plant, which currently has 2,650 employees, including 850 temporary workers, announced Tuesday, February 13, the hiring of 60 employees in 2018: 30 on permanent contracts and 30 on fixed-term contracts. These hirings will partially offset retirements and strengthen the skills of the Trafic utility plant. “Recruitment will mainly involve production agents and maintenance technicians,” says the management of the Renault Sandouville plant. They are aimed at people holding diplomas ranging from CAP to BAC +2/3, whether they are young graduates or are experienced employees.
The Renault Sandouville plant produces, with three teams, 575 vehicles per day, its cruising speed. It’s a little less than in 2017 when the plant responded to successive launches of Trafic.
