Frankfurt After almost five years at the helm of Skoda should end for Bernhard Maier. He will Post as CEO of the Volkswagen– Leaving the subsidiary promptly, the Handelsblatt learned from corporate circles. The 60-year-old’s contract expired soon. The Wolfsburg parent company used this opportunity to replace Maier. It is open whether he VW leaves. Maier has been with VW for 19 years, at first he was with the brand Porsche, since November 2015 he has been CEO of Skoda.
