@Daimler: “Meet the Maybach S-Class DIGITAL”: Digital World Premiere of the new Mercedes-Maybach S-Class

Stuttgart, Germany. Hot on the heels of the new Mercedes-Benz S-Class launch, the auto manufacturer is delighted to announce the Digital World Premiere of the new Mercedes-Maybach S-Class. This stunning new model combines the perfection and high-tech solutions of Mercedes Benz’ top luxury saloons with the exclusivity and century-long tradition of Maybach. The wheelbase, which is 18 centimetres longer than that of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class, benefits the rear passengers the most. Thanks to the standard executive seats and chauffeur package, the rear compartment can become a comfortable workplace or a calming retreat from the world outside. Exclusive details such as the optional two-tone paintwork with dividing line, and large wooden trim both on the backs of the front seats and between the two rear passengers are also typical Maybach features.

“Meet the Maybach S-Class DIGITAL” will showcase all the highlights of the new Mercedes-Maybach S-Class live on Mercedes me media. Journalists and multipliers can experience the world premiere on Thursday, November 19, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. (CET) in a media special at https://media.mercedes-benz.com/maybach, after which it will be made available as an on-demand video.

Ola Källenius, Chairman of the Board of Management of Daimler AG and Mercedes-Benz AG, will present the new features of the high-end luxury saloon in detail. Other guests will explain the unique appeal of the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class as a luxurious, sophisticated retreat which can relax and inspire.

The new Mercedes-Maybach S-Class is specially designed for chauffeur-driven journeys, and this is reflected in several new luxury additions to the rear seats of the vehicle. These include a massage function in the calf rests of the executive seats, as well as heating for the neck and shoulders.

Mercedes-Benz will make further information available for download on Mercedes me media at the same time as the world premiere, in the form of videos, graphics, press releases and images. Members of the Mercedes‑Benz press team will be available online to answer questions.
