Hyundai has launched a website called “Mocean” that will allow you to rent a car digitally with periods of 6, 12 and 24 months.
Consumer trends have been radically transformed after the impact of the coronavirus. If before the pandemic the concept of property was in full transition, the change has accelerated in recent months. Factors such as flexibility and adaptation have been on the front line. In this sense, Hyundai has presented its new service that enhances the subscription model in the automotive sector.
The new website is called “Mocean” and will allow the customer to rent a car digitally with periods of 6, 12 and 24 months. As reported by the brand, this project tries to adapt to the technological innovations of the moment by offering current mobility services.
Hyundai has chosen Barcelona to launch the project on a European level, one of the most important strategic markets for the Korean brand. It is common for Spain to be one of the countries where Hyundai’s new services or products land. Even so, the objective is for this service to be extended to other parts of Spain.
The subscription process will be very simple. You will have no registration or entry fee, and the management experience will be fully digital. Users register through a very simple process, which ends with the collection of the vehicle at one of the Hyundai network dealers that are members of Mocean Subscription.
The Mocean Vehicle Range
All Hyundai models are available in their different technologies (diesel, gasoline, hybrids, electric …) in Mocean Subscription. In this way, the user can choose the driving experience (urban, sporty, off road …) that best suits their mobility needs.
“We are the first platform owned by an automotive brand to offer subscription mobility services. It is a sign of Hyundai’s real commitment to offer services and products adapted to multiple profiles and needs of society ”, explained Leopoldo Satrústegui.
