Ferrari returns to Le Mans. The confirmation came directly from Maranello, with an official note followed by the comment of the president John Elkann. Ferrari will participate in anything new Le Mans Hypercar class, starting in 2023. 50 years later Ferrari will return to racing the 24 Hours of Le Mans with a new Hypercar currently under construction. “After a phase of study and analysis, Ferrari has started the development of the new Lmh car which in the last few weeks has already gone live with the start of the design and simulation phases. The program of tests on the track, the name of the car and that of the drivers who will make up the official crews will be the subject of future communications ”, reads the note released by Ferrari.
