SAR has been incubating E-Mobility business in the two-wheeler and three-wheeler segments under the Lectrix brand, components business under the Livguard Drivetrain brand, and last-mile delivery, charge and swap business as well as battery and vehicle leasing under Mooving Platform.
Sivakumar has 22 years of experience in the complete cycle of automotive development (vehicle and aggregates design, CAE & MBD, integration, prototyping, testing, validation, CMVR and homologation, engineering documentation, support for launch and change management).
Prior to joining SAR Group, he was heading engineering at Piaggio Vehicles Pvt Ltd. Before Piaggio, he has spent a decade at Tata Motors in various positions in the research and development (R&D) department.
Sivakumar has done PhD in electromechanical engineering from Ghent University, MTech in machine design and dynamics from IIT Madras and BE in Mechanical Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University.
