Tasktop Raises $100M in Funding

Tasktop

Tasktop, a Vancouver, BC-based value stream management (VSM) platform provider, received a $100m strategic investment from Sumeru Equity Partners.

Management and existing investors participated in the investment. As a part of the transaction, Jason Babcoke and George Kadifa of Sumeru will join the board of directors.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth and expand market leadership.

Led by Mik Kersten, Founder and CEO, Tasktop provides a value stream management platform that enables enterprises, including half of the Fortune 100, to get real-time visibility into the health of product value streams, to make decisions and align with business goals.

Across its product suite, the company provides universal metrics and unified dashboards to visualize and measure these value streams, as well as integrations to reduce manual data handoffs to measure the flow of software delivery. Tasktop plugs into existing tools and overlays the end-to-end value stream to provide the abstractions, automations, visualizations and forensics needed to practice value stream management on a daily basis.

Customers include BMW, CGI, E*Trade and T-Mobile.
