Seat offers a unique digital experience in the automotive sector in Spain through the new ‘Seat Virtual Experience’ platform.
The automotive sector has been forced to adapt to the new times in which digitization takes advantage. In this context, official distribution has adapted to new consumer demands by offering solutions such as virtual showroom. An example of this practice is the car firm Seat, which has created a new experience for its users called ‘Showroom Virtual Experience’.
This digital and unique tool in the automotive sector in Spain, allows users to access in an interactive and three-dimensional way the most legendary models of the firm: Arona, Ateca, Ibiza, León and Tarraco.
Users can interact with the models as if it were physical
Thus, from the design point of view, they could change the colors of the body and the wheels, open or close the doors, the pallet, the panoramic roof, turn on the lights or choose the desired point of view among other functions.
On the other hand, it also allows access to the technological part of the vehicles where you can view the different functions that they integrate through explanatory videos.
In addition, the virtual platform allows direct access to the official SEAT configurator, request a commercial offer and access the new Live Chat service through which the client can speak with a commercial advisor to resolve any questions that may arise. According to the firm, this new service not only digitizes the sector; but rather to support the Seat dealership network in their plans to adapt to the ‘online’ sales processes.
Benefits of the virtual showroom to the dealer
The truth is that virtual showrooms are becoming more and more frequent in the automotive sector. They have served both brands and dealers as a tool to reach the customer in the worst moments of the pandemic.
Among other advantages, it allows the dealer to boost sales, maximize efficiency and reach new customers by breaking down geographical barriers… In addition to contributing to the environment by not emitting CO2 into the atmosphere due to not having travel.
