Phoebe Leet has joined automotive manufacturer Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) as Global Director of HR Business Partners.
Backed by over 24 years of experience, Leet has utilised her capabilities in improving employee engagement, cultural transformation, developing robust HR strategies, coaching leadership teams, among others.
Leet joins JLR after spending more than 17 years of a long career at networking hardware company Cisco. Most recently, she was Global Director & HR Business Partner – Global Security Sales Organisation (GSSO) of Cisco and devised and implemented the people strategy with a focus on creating a high-performance culture, critical talent retention, and acquisition integration.
An alumnus of Royal Holloway, University of London, Leet has also worked with O2 (Telefonica UK) as Strategy & Planning Manager and Gartner as Industry Analyst.
