Austral, spearhead of Renault’s offensive in family cars

It is not certain that the event is enough to make people forget the current context of the war in Ukraine – especially since the Renault group is particularly exposed in Russia, where it generates 18% of its sales.

But the official presentation of the Austral, this Tuesday, March 8, is of particular importance for the Diamond brand: with this new family SUV, successor to the Renault Kadjar, it wants to mark a real break and regain momentum in the C segment of medium-sized family cars (between 4.20 and 4.70 meters in length).
