NIO Capital, a venture investment fund backed by Chinese electric car maker NIO, announced today that it has closed the fundraising of its second US dollar fund, NIO Capital Eve ONE Fund II LP. The size of the current fund is about US$400 million US dollars, nearly twice the size of its first US dollar fund.
