Renault: “No one attacks the services market like we do”

Renault wants to achieve 20% of its turnover from services in 2030, compared to 6% today: how do you plan to achieve these ambitious objectives?

Owning your own vehicle is no longer self-evident. We therefore want to sell not cars, but “Vehicle as a service”, that is to say the use of a vehicle, with different formulas adapted to the needs of customers: from long-term rental like today today, but also short-term rental, subscription, or even car-sharing, including vehicle insurance. Alongside the financing and insurance activities, provided by RCI Banque and Services (which is now renamed Mobilize Financial Services), Mobilize will also offer maintenance services, as well as energy-related services (such as installation of charging stations or payment solutions).
