The Indonesian media and tech conglomerate PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (popularly known as Emtek) has increased its stake in the online marketplace Bukalapak through its digital arm for around 229 billion rupiah, according to a regulatory filing on Wednesday.
The move is part of Emtek’s bid to strengthen support for the all-commerce industry, which includes online-to-offline sales and digital sales.
