Global private equity powerhouse KKR has so far secured $1.16 billion for its third technology growth fund, per a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
KKR Next Generation Technology Growth Fund III (NGT III) has raised the capital from 66 investors, the filing showed, without indicating a target corpus for the fund.
